Once a cow or steer has reached full maturity and weight, we take them to our fully owned and operated, USDA certified, finishing facility.  We follow procedures designed to keep the cows as calm and stress free as possible during this final stage of their lives, not only because we think it’s the right way to treat the animals, but because high stress levels in animals has a direct negative impact on the texture, quality, and taste of meat. Quite simply, this approach is better for the cows and better for our customers.

We control the cutting, packing, and shipping to you, our customer. We employ the highest quality control at all stages to produce superb quality and great tasting grass-fed beef.
