We served G&T Beef grass fed steaks at a large group dinner I recently catered. event. They had the most gorgeous marbling. Some were grilled and some were seared on a flat top, then all were oven finished. Either way, they cooked up tender, juicy, with a deep, rich flavor. We served them to rave reviews that night. It has been a few weeks nice the event and people are still remarking on them. I would serve these premium beef steaks at any event.
